IRCA-Los Angeles is pleased to announce a new real estate coaching program with Executive Co-Director Steve Love.
This new program will be geared specifically toward success in your real estate entrepreneurial business. Coaching students will meet with Steve via telephone three times per month. Accountability toward specific weekly activities will be emphasized. The program was designed for real estate investors in single family houses, but commercial property investors will also be considered.
This program is definitely not for everybody! Only 3 or 4 new enrollees will be admitted. Part timers and new investors are welcome, but strict requirements as to real estate education and marketing budgets will be enforced. The investment? For a limited tie only, new enrollees that are accepted will pay only $1000 per month for the length of the 6 month program. A 7th month will be added on at no additional charge if 6 months are paid in advance.
